Longtime contributor Greg Dempson has a few plays going on today’s never-ending college hoops card. One of the game he likes goes at 3:00PM ET out at Oklahoma State.
Let’s have a look.
Texas Tech at Oklahoma State
These two met on January 25 with the Red Raiders laying 18 points, and they were “home to win but not to cover,” with a 64-54 final. Texas Tech is now a 9-point road favorite and I note their last five road wins have averaged 9.6 PPG, which is screwed considerably by a 28-point win at Utah.

The Cowboys have gone 12-12 straight up this season, but they’ve been more competitive at home posting a 9-2 record including 3-1 ATS in their last four as the host.
Since that abysmal 54 point showing at Texas Tech, the Cowboys have averaged 82 points per game, plus their home vs. road scoring production increases by almost 10 more when they’re host.
Play: I’m backing the Cowboys getting +9 points.
